Christo Spies is a sought after mental coach, motivational speaker and trainer. He has inspired and educated a wide variety of teams, companies and audiences in South Africa and helped individuals, teams and organizations to enhance their performance.

 Christo is a former Springbok athlete who received the South African State President’s Award for his athletic achievements. As a mental performance coach he has worked with teams like the Free State  Knights cricket team, the Free State Cheetah rugby team, the Free State Netball team, the Free State Craven Week rugby team and the Free State Nuffield cricket team.

He has also worked with individual Protea cricket players, Springbok rugby players, South African swimmers,  South African tri-athletes and provincial athletes in various sporting disciplines.  

In the business world he has given talks and/or workshops on focus and performance enhancement for organizations like Central University of Technology, Free State University, Qwa Qwa University, Medi-Clinic, OFM, ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Checkers, Old Mutual, Liberty Life, FEDSAS, SAOU, Naptosa, Z2A Village, Merino Konsortium, Merial Animal Health, Suidwes Landboumaatskappy, Breedplan, BSG Distribution, CANSA, various agricultural organizations, and numerous Schools.

 Christo studied at the University of the Free State and holds degrees in Commerce, Education and Theology.
